Our team includes State-Certified Residential and Commercial Appraisers with complementary backgrounds in real estate sales, mortgage brokering and FHA appraisals. Bonnie Bedell is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. She has been appraising commercial property since 1998. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Her specialty education includes Replacement Cost for Insurable Value, Subdivision Valuation, Eminent Domain Proceedings and Expert Witness Testimony. Her appraisal experience includes all types of commercial property, replacement cost for insurance valuations, eminent domain cases and estates. She has assisted her clients with IRS audits and is recognized as an expert witness by the 18th Judicial Circuit Brevard County, the 19th Judicial Circuit Indian River County and the 7th Judicial Circuit Volusia County. Gloria McCormick is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. She has been appraising residential real estate since 2002, and she is FHA-approved. Her appraisal experience includes Single and Multi-Family Residences, Residential Lots, New Construction and Replacement Cost for Insurable Value. Her specialty education includes Residential Construction, Property Management, Accounting, Distressed Sales, Relocations and REOs. Her previous experience includes real estate sales and service, property management and finance officer for a Planned Unit Development. Our team members are all long-time residents of Brevard County. This provides us with a valuable perspective of market trends and growth patterns, as well as an understanding of the nuances of the many and varied sub-markets in our area.
